Concrete porch repair
A porch is the first thing visitors see and one of the first surfaces to crack. We repair cracks at full depth, rebuild missing and broken concrete, correct slopes so water drains away from the foundation and restore the original shape of the slab.
Where old tiles, glue or failed coatings are part of the problem, we remove them completely before repair. Waterproofing and crack-proofing membranes can be added where the porch protects a cold room below.
Concrete steps repair
Steps are a safety issue before they are a cosmetic one. Chipped noses and crumbling edges catch feet, and uneven rises trip people who have used those stairs for years.
We rebuild broken step edges and corners with industrial-grade repair materials and reinforcement where it counts, restoring square, solid steps. Repair is faster and far cheaper than demolition, and it keeps the steps you have.
Concrete patio repair
Patios crack from settlement and surface-scale from freeze-thaw and salt. We fill cracks at depth, rebuild pitted and flaking surfaces and correct low spots where water ponds.
A worn concrete patio does not need to be torn out to look new again. Once repaired, the whole surface can be refinished as one continuous plane.
Refinishing: make it all match
Repairs restore soundness; refinishing restores looks. A decorative overlay across porch, steps and patio hides the history and wears as a single surface.
Exterior favourites include the Graniflex flake system, highly crack resistant and built for weather, and the classic California knockdown texture. Broom finishes, flagstone looks and the rest of our 120+ finish library are on the table, along with protective sealers against salt and freeze-thaw.
Why outdoor concrete fails here
Porches, steps and patios fail on a schedule set by the weather. Water soaks into the surface all fall, freezes and expands all winter, and by spring the top layer has been pried loose a little more. Salt tracked onto steps and porches accelerates the chemistry.
Poor drainage compounds it. A slab that slopes toward the house or holds puddles keeps itself wet, which means it keeps itself freezing.
That is why our repairs treat causes along with symptoms: slopes are corrected so water leaves, and finished surfaces are sealed so it cannot soak back in. Repair in warm weather, go into winter protected.

Most cracked and chipped steps can be repaired. We rebuild broken edges and noses, fill cracks at depth and restore the original shape with industrial-grade materials. Full rebuilds are only for steps whose structure has actually failed, and we will tell you honestly which case yours is.
Often yes. Slope corrections and surface rebuilding restore a safe, level surface and stop water from pooling against the house. If the settlement is severe and ongoing we will say so plainly rather than resurface over a moving problem.
