Commercial Concrete Services

Warehouse floors, loading docks and commercial coatings repaired around your operating hours. Minimal downtime for GTA businesses.

A damaged commercial floor costs money every day. Cracks catch forklift wheels, failed expansion joints hammer equipment, and pitted concrete slows cleaning and fails audits. The obvious fix, replacing the slab, costs even more, because it takes your operation down with it.

TCR Pro does commercial concrete repair across Toronto and the GTA the other way: repair the floor you have, schedule the work around your operating hours, and keep the business running while it happens.

What you get

  • Warehouse floor crack repair and expansion joint correction
  • Floor levelling, glue removal and pitted concrete repair
  • Commercial epoxy flooring specified for your operation
  • Loading dock and high-traffic area repairs
  • Night, weekend and phased scheduling to keep you running

Text or email photos of the damage. We review them and tell you honestly if repair makes sense.

  2. Written quote

We visit the site where needed and put the scope and price in writing. No surprises later.

  3. Repair and warranty

Our crew repairs, resurfaces or waterproofs, cleans up the site and backs the work with a written warranty.

Commercial repair services

  • Warehouse floor crack repair. Cracks repaired at depth and finished flush for wheeled traffic.
  • Expansion joint correction. Failed and spalled joints rebuilt to take forklift impact.
  • Floor levelling. Low spots and uneven areas brought back to plane.
  • Glue and coating removal. Old adhesives, overlays and failed coatings ground off completely.
  • Pitted concrete repair. Worn, dusty surfaces rebuilt to a smooth, cleanable finish.
  • Loading dock repair. The hardest-hit concrete in the building, restored for daily impact.

Commercial epoxy flooring

Once the concrete is sound, a commercial epoxy floor protects it and simplifies life: seamless, chemical resistant, easy to clean and bright under warehouse lighting. Non-slip textures go where safety demands, and line marking zones can be built into the finish.

We specify the system to the operation, a warehouse aisle, a showroom and a wash bay do not need the same floor, and we install to manufacturer specifications so the coating survives real traffic.

Commercial kitchen floors

Greasy floor? No problem. Commercial kitchens are their own discipline, degreasing, non-slip coatings and overnight turnarounds, and they have their own dedicated page covering kitchen floor repair and coating in detail. It is among the most requested commercial work we do.

Scheduled around your business

Downtime is the real cost of floor work, so we plan against it. Nights, weekends and phased sections keep the operation moving while each area is repaired and cured, and cure windows are agreed in advance so re-opening times are commitments, not hopes.

In most cases repair needs no permits or drawings, which also means no waiting on paperwork before the floor gets fixed.

How a commercial project runs

It starts with a site walk. We assess the floor with your operation in mind, where the traffic runs, what the downtime windows really are, and which damage is a safety issue versus a cosmetic one.

The quote comes back with a phasing plan, not just a price: which sections are done in which windows, what cures overnight and what needs a weekend. Trip hazards and forklift-route damage get priority so risk drops from the first phase.

Execution follows the plan, section by section, with each area handed back at the agreed hour. For facility managers, that predictability is usually worth as much as the repair itself.
