TCR Pro repairs, resurfaces and waterproofs concrete for homeowners and businesses across Mississauga, Toronto and the rest of the GTA. We have worked on concrete since 1998, and the idea behind the company has never changed: repair what you already have instead of tearing it out.
Our story
TCR Pro was founded in 1998. What began as a small local crew has grown into a team that has restored porches, garage floors, balconies, pool decks, driveways and basements across the Greater Toronto Area.
From the earliest jobs, we kept seeing the same pattern. Property owners were told their concrete had to be ripped out and poured again, when in most cases it could be repaired, resurfaced and protected for a fraction of the cost and disruption. That observation became our specialty, and it still defines every estimate we write.
Repair first, not replace
Tearing out damaged concrete and pouring new is slow, messy and expensive. It very often requires drawings and permits, and it leaves you with days or weeks of demolition, disposal and curing before you can use the space again.
Repair, in most cases, needs none of that. We fix cracks, rebuild damaged sections, level uneven slabs and then protect the surface with a coating or membrane matched to how the space is used. You keep the concrete you already paid for, and you get a surface that looks and performs like new.
We are also honest about the limits. When concrete is genuinely beyond saving, we say so before you spend a dollar, so you can plan a replacement with clear information instead of a sales pitch.
The systems we install
We do not improvise with mystery products. We install proven manufacturer systems, with surface preparation and application done to specification.
- Graniflex, a flexible, highly crack-resistant decorative resurfacing system we use on driveways, pool decks, garages, porches and basement floors.
- Sani-Tred, a liquid rubber waterproofing system we rely on for balconies, cold rooms and interior waterproofing work.
- Torginol decorative flake and quartz media for epoxy and garage floor finishes.
Across these systems we offer more than 120 decorative finishes, colours and textures. A repaired floor does not have to look like a patch job, and with the right finish it usually looks better than the original pour.

Where we work
We are based at 1627 Wavell Crescent in Mississauga and serve the entire GTA and much of the Golden Horseshoe. That includes Toronto, Etobicoke, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Hamilton, Guelph and the surrounding communities.
Residential or commercial, a single porch step or a full warehouse floor, the approach is the same. We assess honestly, repair what can be repaired and stand behind the result.
