In most cases, yes. Cracks can be injected, spalled and pitted surfaces can be resurfaced, uneven slabs can be levelled and the whole surface can be protected with a durable coating. Repair usually costs a fraction of replacement and avoids demolition. When concrete is truly beyond saving, we tell you honestly before you spend anything.

Almost always, yes. Most cracks are repaired at full depth with injection or structural patching, which seals them against water permanently. Replacement is only needed when a slab has failed structurally through its whole thickness, which is rare.

Exterior repairs and coatings depend on temperature and curing conditions, so outdoor work is scheduled around the weather. We can assess your project in any season and book exterior work for the right window.

In most cases, no. Repairing, resurfacing and coating existing concrete does not normally require drawings or permits, which is one of the reasons repair is faster and cheaper than replacement. Structural changes or full replacement can be a different story, and if your project touches that territory we will flag it before work begins.

With a proper system and a protective sealer, quality resurfacing lasts for decades. Outdoors we use flexible, freeze-thaw and salt-resistant systems like Graniflex, and refreshing the sealer every few years extends the life further.

No. Our floor and deck coatings can be finished with slip-resistant additives or textures — we recommend them for pool decks, steps and garage floors so the surface stays safe when wet.
